Duration of Policy
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging

Documentation Required
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@greennook.shop. After verification, you can choose to receive a new product or a full refund.

Defective or Broken After Use
If your product is defective within 30 days of receipt, you can return it at your expense, and we will issue a store credit for the full amount.

Change of Opinion
You have 30 days from receipt to return the product. Contact us at support@greennook.shop to get a return address. We accept returns only for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it at our expense for a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take several days for the refund to post.
  • Contact your bank, as there might be processing time before a refund posts.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@greennook.shop.
